Time to Start Reading Again!

Just in time for NaNoWriMo to start, right? 😉

In all seriousness, I’m REALLY missing the reading. I didn’t get a chance to this weekend because of how busy it ended up being, and I didn’t get to today either, due to working through my lunch break because of an appointment during the afternoon. Yes, I know, I know – one more review. That’s tomorrow’s entry. I won’t be starting any book until then anyway, so I think it’ll all turn out okay.

In the meantime, I finally narrowed down a list of classics to choose for The Classics Club list. I’m going to list them here for today’s entry. I’m going to choose to do this in 5 years’ time, simply because I have no idea how real life will go and I’d like to give myself some time. Should I read them all in that time, I can just add more.

The list is a far cry from 50. Fifty books didn’t seem challenging enough, especially since I try to make it a habit of reading at least 50 books a year. My original list had me at close to 150 books (!!!!), but I narrowed it down to just under 100. Here they are.

Start: October 28, 2014
Finish: Sometime around mid-October, 2019
(Until I have the chance to sit down in front of a calendar and actually figure out the days, that’s going to have to do. I just know it’s going to be the 5-year time frame.)
